Choose Good Over Evil

Daily Reading Proverbs 3

As a Believer we are expect to exemplify the characteristics of Jesus Christ. Proverbs 3:27 give us clear instructions that we should choose to do good whenever possible. According to Proverbs 3:31 we should never look up to the oppresor or choose any of his ways since his ways do not please God. We must choose to put on Christ and cast off every wicked way as stated in Romans 13:12-14. Choose God's way... it leads to life.  

Romans 13:12-14

¹² The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. ¹³ Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. ¹⁴ But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
